Works for chronic constipation
I don’t go to the bathroom unless I use something, been like that for years most of the time. No apparent reason. I was even on prescription med (linzess) that didn’t help.I tried magnesium, oil, miralax, psyllium, nada. This works. I take 4 at night and the next day I’m in the bathroom.Doesn’t cause any cramping, or diarrhea. The only drawback is it’s hard to swallow bc it’s really disgusting. I have to take it with a lot of water.I wish they’d put it in a vegetable capsule.

Works Well!
This is an amazing product. Feels healthy and takes effect almost exactly 12 hours later with no discomfort.

Not effective
I used their laxative tea and only bought this when I couldn’t find the tea. It is not an adequate replacement at all, it didn’t do anything even taking multiple pills. I hope they start making the tea again, it was one of the only things helping me through liver disease, it worked much better than any medications tried and the quality was OK- I did not notice signs of it being really toxic like many herb sources are. The only substitute I’m finding is to go to a local health store and buy multiple stimulant herbs like senna in powder form to make my own tea mix. It works much better than these pills, but not quite as well as gaias tea did, and it’s less convenient. Please bring back the tea... why ditch something that worked so well?
