I love these, they taste good and don’t have that medicine taste to them much almost at all. They work really well and I feel so well rested in the mornings after taking these. The 5HTP helps a ton with mood stability as well.

So basically you can purchase it does work but CAUTION SIDE EFFECTS ARE REAL I get horrible vivid nightmares dreams of death it spikes my sleep paralysis and more. And makes me sweat in my sleep. It doesn’t help you stay asleep. And makes me feel exhausted when I wake up. But pros are taste good texture is good. And does what it’s supposed to do.

I use these each night before bed and I sleep more soundly. I don’t feel groggy in the mornings so that’s a plus. Love the taste.

Therefore, it was a major disappointment when I received my latest AutoShip order to find that the bottle was smaller, containing only half the number of gummies I was accustomed to. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the serving size had been reduced from two gummies to one, but the change didn’t stop there. The single gummy now contains less melatonin and a reduced quantity of their proprietary blend compared to the previous two-gummy serving. It’s clear that this is not merely a reduction in quantity but also a dilution of the product’s potency.Previously, a bottle would contain 60 gummies, providing a full month’s supply if two were taken nightly. Now, the bottle includes merely 32 gummies, and even if one adheres to the new serving size, the reduced potency necessitates questioning the product’s effectiveness. This practice of shrinkflation—reducing the product size and quality while maintaining or increasing the price—is a deceptive and unfair tactic to consumers who have come to trust the Sugar Bear brand.My disappointment extends beyond just the numbers. It’s about the erosion of trust and the diminishing value offered to loyal customers. This change not only impacts the quantity and quality of the product but also undermines the brand’s integrity. As a consumer, I feel let down by a company I had trusted for consistent quality and value. It’s disheartening to witness such a stark example of a company prioritizing profits over the well-being and satisfaction of its customers.Update: once again the formulation has changed, this new batch is a dark purple, and has a different smell. Still a 32/package verses the old 60 count.I do appreciate the less sodium. I’ll be Interested in trying the new, new version and compare. I just wish the manufacturer would be more open with their customers, especially those on auto subscriptions.Next update: After trying to new formulation (the dark purple version) I can say that they do not work as well as the previous formulation. Also as others have mentioned, the taste has changed, they have a really nasty aftertaste that the previous formulation did not have. I’m really sad, I LOVED the original version, it worked so well. It’s a real shame SugarBear changed, they had a really great product, now they don’t.

The title says it all. They taste and smell way better than I thought they would, I love that they are vegan with no gelatin in them. The texture is great, but the best thing of all is that I can finally sleep!! 🙌

Quite often I wake up in the wee hours (2-3a.m.). I chew two of these gummies to fall back asleep. They work wonderfully for me.

Until the recent change in formula I would have given these guys five stars they were the G.O.A.T. However, I want to express my disappointment with the new 5-HTP amnio sleep gummies. I was surprised to receive a one-month supply instead of the usual two-month supply from my auto-ship with Amazon, and I initially thought it might have been an error. However, after trying the new gummies, I was unhappy to find that they are significantly different from the previous version.Not only do they taste terrible, but they also lack the restful sleep benefits that I previously experienced with the original product. I tried them multiple times, but unfortunately, they didn't work for me. I've been a loyal customer of Sugar Bear Health for over 8 years, using their hair gummies, sleep gummies, and collagen supplements. As someone who has recommended their products to at least 15-20 friends and family members, it's disappointing to see such a change in quality.I've decided to cancel my auto-ship subscription and am considering looking elsewhere for a sleep aid that meets my needs.

These things help me sleep like a baby!!! I work night shift and sometimes struggle to fall asleep so I take them when I get off work and I SLEEP SO WELL! Not only do I fall asleep quicker, I feel like I stay asleep better and don’t wake up groggy! I am obsessed with these!

I received the expired product. And I wasted 2k on something bad bc I realised late that was consuming expired product for so long. So you guys really need to do the home work.
