Best choclate bar for those on Keto or Low Carb Diet
The benefits of having 85% Cocoa Choclates is revealed for those on Keto and Low Carb diets. It's the best way to alter your taste buds to milk chocolates (yes, it does take a week or two to change them) but once you get off milk chocolate and start to like 85% Cocoa chocolates, you'd find other milk chocolates too sweet. I do buy the Laderach 80% Cocoa and Sprungli 80% Cocoa too but my staple chococlate is now the Lindt 85% Cocoa. Please don't take the word "staple" seriously, as one is supposed to have only a piece or two, if you wish to maintain your Low Carb diets. Enjoy!
