Way too big for what it is and what you can put in it. The heating element is a joke and there’s this really tiny metal disc that sits above it where you put the bukhour which you can only put a very tiny amount. Doing this will definitely get the room smelling like something but the smell will only last for 5 minutes. No need to go fancy, just use regular coal.

Its bad product, designed to last up to the date free returns are allowed. now this thing never charges. although beautiful in shape, but doesn't charge, why it has to charge. it should work with electricity. I don't recommend buying it.

Extremely low quality and the burner not made for the case. Started a flame that almost burned my house

I bought 2 , one working other one not!!!

It doesn't meet my expectations for bokhoor ,, don't buy its just fancy look, doesn't hold the charge
