It wont stream under watter

The left side is not working.I tried everything and just nothing works. Is not even turning on.

Hi good evening , I'm buying jabra elite sports on 20 may 19, now I'm facing one problem right side earbud getting noice when play music, pls help as to solve the issue like service centre

I used Jabra Elite Sport for years and was very happy. I purchased this recently and had some issues with pairing them with my phone. The customer support was aweful and after almost 3 weeks I was still not able to use them and I decided to return it.It would be a 4 stars for the product but 0 for their customer support (in the UAE at least. In London they were great!)

i am very dissappointed for the item,i ordered last wednesday for JABRA ELITE SPORT,then i recieve today,yet there was a lot of damage,NOT CHARGING,lEFT BUD NOT WORKING,VOLUME VERY LOW😞.i expect a good condation of the product but it was not.

Los recibi en julio, pero no los habia abierto por que tenia otros iguales que por fin murieron.Hoy que los abro y vargo no funcionan

I bought these for my husband as a birthday gift.He used them daily while training for the London marathon 20 mile runs daily and still no need to recharge .A fantastic buy!

Je pense avoir fait le meilleur choix en achetant ces écouteurs Jabra , pour le sport c’est le top ! Après avoir essayé toutes les tailles de silicones fournis avec j’ai trouvé mon bonheur en terme de confort , maintien et qualité de son . L’application est très bien faite pour vous coacher, aucune déconnexion le Bluetooth est de très bonne qualité et la batterie tiens très bien , testé pendant 4h a 3/4 du volume Max et il en restait encore là boîte de recharge est de très bonne facture et permet de recharger 2 fois les écouteurs , Top! . Perso je suis ravi de mon achat et surtout au prix de 119€ en promotion du jour . Merci Amazon

Le sto provando da qualche ora devo ancora ottimizzare le gommine ma avrò tempo, il rilevatore battito sembra funzionare bene corrisponde a gear s2 e a fascia polar ma durante la valutazione v max è arrivato a oltre 200 battiti x poi nn rilevare più e poi riprendere con precisione , spero che sia un caso isolato perché é stato il motivo principale per il quale ho scelto questo modello . Il suono sembra ottimo e come dicono tutti devono ancora rodare, certo la posizione è fondamentale ma la grandezza non aiuta. Cosa a mio avviso quasi inaccettabile è un rumore di fondo a volume a zero cosa che non ho avuto con cuffiette ben più economiche mi riservo di utilizzare l'ottimo ( vedremo ) servizio assistenza specifico fornito da Amazon . Devo ancora verificare l'applicazione Jabra sport ma già da primo approccio sembra molto pratica e ricca di possibilità ed informazioni . Il tanto pubblicizzato effetto hear through non ha effetti tali da dire wow! La base di custodia e ricarica dà una piacevole sensazione di robustezza ed è molto curata peccato non abbia calamite e non dia modo di sapere con una spia o altro modo quando le cuffie finiscono la carica. Alla fine la prima impressione è molto positiva vedremo in uso ........Aggiorno dopo un giorno : gommine : di quelle a corredo non ne ho trovato una misura che andasse bene anzi procuravano dolore ho inserito quelle della akg uscite a corredo s8plus con risultato stupefacente per isolamento ma soprattutto per qualità musica con bassi decisi, effetto hear through provato in auto con pioggia e devo dire che è molto efficace da provare in altre condizioni , rumore di fondo a volume zero presente solo se attiva la funzione hear through. Aggiornerò ancora andando avanti nell'uso. Purtroppo ho dovuto chiedere la sostituzione non hanno più rilevato il battito cardiaco con precisione la cosa strana e che a battiti bassi 70 circa corrisponde ad altri rilevatori ma superati i 100 salta al doppio o più, mentre altri misurano 100/ 110 loro arrivano a misurare anche 200 battiti inverosimile x uno come me che ha problemi di cuore e non ha mai superato neanche nelle prove da sforzo i 130 battiti. Restituite aspetto rimborso. Amazon come sempre ha effettuato rimborso. Grazie

I had bought a pair of wireless Bose Soundsport on Amazon, these lasted 17 months before failing totally (no response, not charging and not turning on).I decided to try these, based on HR monitoring, total water resistance and an extensive iphone app.The quality of the box and product was good, the charging case was heavy and well made.I found good fits with the three sizes of tips and wing tips, both foam and rubber types are of good quality.During runs (10k), I experienced no movement at all. The HR tracking was accurate, constant and did not drop off and the earphones were compatible with 'PEAR' fitness app (fantastic, I don't need to wear a chest strap anymore).I tracked the accuracy of the HR with both a Polar heart strap and a Wahoo Tickr, it was comparable to both and in most cases there was little deviation between the three systems.Sound quality is comparable to Bose Soundsport, bass however is considerably less responsive, these are totally wireless, while those were bluetooth wired, so perhaps this is endemic within this field. I have not yet tried Bose true wireless, it would be interesting to observe if the bass response in these is as good as the bluetooth wired version. My score:HR tracking 9/10Water resistance 9/10Sound Quality 7/10Firmness in ear during exercise 9/10An update; after 11 months of use the heart rate tracking ability has failed. The music and microphone work fine but the HR is completely absent in both Jabra’s app and other third party ones. When I now open the charging box the master earphone (the right one) no longer flashes blue, the left one flashes green as it always has. Music is still good through both buds, HR non existent.I called to ask for a replacement and was greeted with delay tactics from an operative named ‘Donald’, Who wanted me to wait for him to call Jabra the following day. As far as I’m aware this item has a 12 month guarantee, three years in total with Jabra after the first twelve months have passed. However as these failed within 12 months my contract remains withAmazon, and not with Jabra. Why then there was so much obfuscation eludes me, I asked for a replacement referencing my consumer rights. Poor show on this occasion, Amazon are usually excellent with this type of issue. I have returned 3 failed electrical items in 3 years.RegardsGavin
