These bands are awesome!! They are great for fire hydrants on cable machine and they stay tight! The only thing is don’t wear expensive leggings while using them because when u bend at the knee the Velcro part catches on your leggings and pulls the fabric but other than that they are fantastic!! Highly recommend these!!

I bought this because I wanted to do some different glute exercises on our cable machine that I could not do with the ankle straps. These bands are not very good. They are hard to keep on your thigh and they constantly slide and move. They also get loose right away and you have to keep tightening them. My thighs are 43.5 cm wide. In the pics you see a lady using them for standing cable kickbacks and donkey kicks but when I tried them it didn’t really work out my glutes as much as when I have my ankle straps. You have a better range of motion with ankle straps. There is only one exercise I have found these are great for and that is kind of like a standing hip thrust move. It’s hard to explain but it works very well with those so I am keeping it for that reason.

I'm doing 5-10 lbs with 1/2 legs for a core workout and this thing doesn't budge. It's lightweight. Easy to pack up and most importantly comes with an extra one
