Excellent product. Really helped with my neck pain. Takes a couple of days to get used to but after that it really makes a difference to my quality of sleep. I don’t wake up with neck pain any more.. so Good my husband wanted one as well..

It's good but didn't suite's us

So, i have many neck issues and upper back (due to inconsistent sleep),I have been on the hunt for the perfect pillow, something that keeps the head cool, works for all sleeping positions, (side sleeping, back sleeping and side-stomach sleeping), and from the reviews I read, i thought this was the idea pillow.I purchased it, and its arrive in perfect condition, opened the package and let it breath for a short while.The quality is really good, the fabric is clean, no packaging smell and the texture is soft.The size however is a little too small for my liking, when I place my head on it (in any position) it just sinks, instead of holding and supporting the head. So i actually use another pillow under it to try and keep the head elevated.So, even though the pillow itself doesn't function well as a single pillow, when i use another under it, it actually works really well. It doesn't really support side sleepers as a unit by itself, as your head will simply sink and it will feel like you are sleeping on a comfortable towel.I am not sure that the dips in the design actually have any function, but having said all of that, there is something nice about the pillow, as my neck pain is diminishing daily, my sleep is a lot more comfortable and my head stays "kinda" cool.I would recommend this pillow to anyone that doesn't want a hard pillow (i like my pillows to be rock hard), i would also recommend it to anyone that wants to feel a good quality fabric as well.It comes with an attached case (i think), i have not yet removed it, but i don't think it can be removed, so when it comes to washing, my guess is you have to throw the entire pillow into the washing machine and let it dry naturally.Overall a good pillow.I wish it was larger in size, much much much more firmer and larger in height (at least 1/2 an inch).Maybe the manufacturers will consider this as an option, and if they do, then for sure i will purchase it, as it does the job, but can do it better.A good purchase and a nice addition to my other 9 pillows:)Sleep well

Didn’t like it. Caused more pain to my neck

Probably one of the best purchases I’ve done on Amazon.Quality is just amazing.I’m having issues with my neck and ordered before pillow from another seller - it just came as piece of foam rubber, so I didn’t really believe I can actually get any good.But this product - is amazing!!! Honestly when guy open it - you can feel the quality: either on inside material either on the pillow case.About the special pocket that they made for your neck - it is true it is a bit far away from the pocket for the head but still allow me to sleep well.Thank you very much for such a product!

Every single time I use it I wake up with neck pain

this item might be suitable for taller and bigger build people, but rather challenging for smaller petit person, as memory foam rather high/ tight, and therefore to high for small people. shape is very interesting and seems very ergonomic for side sleeper and back sleeper. go for it and see for yourself.

this is an excellent pillow did help me with my neck pain , the quality is amazing
