No. It’s horrid. Once you take the braids out you might as well throw it away.

Q: Im looking at buying both elsa amd anna styling heads as christmas gifts. can they be returned after christmas if any issues found?

I don’t know. But if unopened, I would think so

This is not worth the money. When you take the ribbons out to brush and style there is very little hair. It’s mostly a bare head. But to answer your question it does come in packaging.

Mine was missing half her hair. Cheap junk
