Great medicine ball
I just got this ball and I tell you this is a solid well made ball for the money. It also has a few med. ball exercises printed onto the ball itself if you don't know what to do with it. I have had other SKLZ products and been very happy with the quality of their products and have not let me down. I highly recommend this ball, for the money you are getting one hell of a value. Get one.

Convenient Ball
I love this medicine ball. I am 58 years old and can't always get to the gym and this is perfect for me and my home. I use it to work my abs.
