This is an odd little item. It’s a unique thing to have. It looks cool in a whiskey glass but really serves no purpose. It may cool your bourbon by a few degrees but that’s it. These take a long time to properly get cold and once you use them in 1 drink they are just for show. They are advertised that they don’t make a drink cold and that’s no lie. A conversation piece at best. I’ll keep them and use them but wouldn’t buy again.

The rounds are machined/shaped well, but the polishing is lackluster. In the marketing photos the rounds are so shiny they almost appear to be bright chrome. What I received was semi-polished, not gleaming. And the polishing is uneven; with the shiniest part from around the base of the bullet to halfway down the casing. Bullet tip and rim area are dullest.And then there is the cylinder. It's a cheap hollow plastic that's hard and rattles loudly as the rounds wiggle around inside. When turned upside down, 4 of my rounds freely fall out, while 2 need to be somewhat forcefully pulled out.This is cool for a cheap novelty idea and I wouldn't grumble if they cost $9.95. They may be suitable for Old Grand Dad or similar. But to blaspheme a glass of McCallum, Glenlivet, or Jägermeister with them, I dunno...

I’m sad because I was hoping these would work. I put all 6 in a 1.5 OZ pour and they did not bring the temperature perceptibly AT ALL. They had been in the freezer over night prior to use.They do look cool! They are just not functional.

I purchased this as a gift for a friend. He was truly amazed by the gift and also for what it was and it’s purpose. He had never seen anything like it and thinks it was a very unique and purposeful product. Needless to say he loved it. Great item, great presentation great purpose!
