Pls don't buy. The product was not as shown and promised. Secondly the head straps are dangerously close to ears and can do cut injury to ears. Straps have rough edges not good enough to be put on head and around the ears.

Don't bother unless your head is small in vertical plane.
Not that great, band on top is too shallow (not adjustable) and does not strap around my head securely. Rings on the side are dangerously go around my ears so if anything to go wrong, my ears are vunreable to injury (so hold the weight with your hands for backup). Harness is adjustable horizontally but not vertically.I've already used the item once so cannot return it but I will be looking to purchase another one.
