The hair iron was easy to use after trying a few times and got results. However, overtime the button on the side with the temperature became loose so I had to hold the button in order to see results. Sometimes I had to use a rubber band to help hold the button.

Works way better than original crimpers, but there is a bit of a learning curve when deciding how much hair to section and crimp at a time. I found if the section was too big or separated, then there would be pulling or it got caught up in the motor.

Super easy to use!!! You will have crimped hair for days!!! I have thick a little past shoulder hair and it took me 45 min to do my hair perfect!!! But you with to the small sections of hair!

These do NOT state that u CANT use on thick hair I tried these in my hair very thin strand it stopped working on first strand half way it stopped working I messaged seller its came to point where he has said I broke them I had open them up to find a piece of plastic had broke off inside now iv added pics as u can see iv super glued it back on they work but the bit that's was broken was well protected inside so was no way I caused damage.. wasn't worth £40 wasn't worth 3wks waiting.. sellers response is iv broke them.. sorry but if ur product isn't for thick hair please state that so that's reason bad review

Mines isn't as powerful as the review above, don't think mines is working properly as it isn't crimping the hair at all, it's not even hot enough, red light keeps staying on and doesn't flash when heating up
