Last winter while going through Catastrophic Obscene Very Involuntary Difficult cold this product helped me rest, find relief and finally get the sleep that I so desperately needed. I swear by this stuff during flu season, so you know I have been using it for any and all ailments during this epidemic. If you feel a scratchy throat, head starts pounding, or sinus starts clogging up, one tea and early to bed. You will feel better in the morning. This is on repeat order at our house!

Each package came with tons of sugar and did not feel as soothing as I hoped. I’ve been taking it to help with my cough and it help for a few minute while I was drinking, but the effects goes away fast and I’m back to coughing. I am comparing this to a simple DIY drink, which is just lemon + honey + hot water. It found the honey drink to help with the cough much better and lasts for hours. This one just felt like a sugary drink and the only thing helping is the warm water.
