Despite being initially overwhelmed by the amount of straps and accessories included with this kit, I was able to assemble it quickly without problems by following the instructions. Within 10 minutes, I was trying out the introductory exercises suggested by the action guide. The quality of this product is very high, as the clips are made from zinc alloy. They are very heavy and I have no concerns about them breaking at all. As well, the stitching is high quality and the canvas material is thick. I am amazed by the quality frankly. I showed my friend, who was also impressed when I told her how much it costed. (I passed along a couple of the resistance bands to her, as this kit offered even more than I needed.)**USE & FUNCTIONALITY**As someone who exercises regularly and whose fitness routine has been affected by recent events, this home solution has given me peace of mind that I will be able to stay in shape. Furthermore, the equipment is very convenient: it is easy to store, set up, and is versatile. One can obtain a full body workout without much effort. As well, the equipment is quite fun to use. The feeling of being "suspended" while doing an exercise such as suspended push ups is a novel experience. The feeling of 'swinging' with each rep adds fun and makes me look forward to working out. Lleva una bolsa para guardarlo todo, las bandas de resistencia muy bien, 4 durezas distintas y el kit de las cuerdas tiene muy buena calidad,muy robusto y cómodo. Se falca muy bien en la puerta. Gran posibilidad de ejercicios.lo recomiendo a todo el mundo!la presentación cuando recibes la caja ya da la sensacion de un producto de buena calidad que cumple ya desde un principio con las expectativas de todos los clientes según las fotos con las que se ha anunciado el producto.La caja contiene las 4 cintas de fierentes durezas, empaquetadas cada una de ellas de forma individual. Estas cintas son de colores para asociar las durezas a los colores y, de momento, con lo que las he usado parece que son muy resistentes, de momento no se han deteriorado nada, algunas de otras marcas ves que enseguida pierden dureza y al poco tiempo ya se aflojan y dejan de hacer su función.El kit de cintas es realmente sorprendente por la calidad que tiene. La extensión es muy grande y regulable de manera que lo puedes fijar a diferentes alturas. Todos los anclajes están muy bien, también son de buena calidad y el agarre resulta muy confortable por el acabado suave que tienen las agarraderas. Lleva un mosquetón metálico que te da la total seguridad de que no te vas a acabar soltando y cayendo. El kit lo puedes anclar tanto a una puerta y cerrarla para que quede fijo ( podeis ver en las fotos la esponjita redonda que va incluida para hacer de tope) han tenido en cuenta de hacerla de un material suave para que no dañe las puertas a la hora de quedar fijo y estirar. O bien se puede fijar también a una barra tipo la de dominadas con otro acabado de cuerda distinto quedando la fijación completamente segura y afianzable.La caja también posee un manual de usuario con algunos ejercicios de ejemplo. Yo personalmente he buscado estos ejercicios en youtube y he encontrado un monton de posibilidades.La valoración general es buena, el producto me parece un producto excelente y su precio está súper justificado y por debajo de la calidad que ofrecen. Con la compra se obtiene un producto de una larga duración en cuanto a las cintas extensoras y, en cuanto al kit de cuerdas, si se hace un buen uso, tienes el producto para toda la vida.

Dal light per i principianti e per chi desidera iniziare con un livello di resistenza dell’elastico più basso.
