Nice set, using all the items and happy with them. These rollers really do help to rest the muscles.

Too hard, sharp edges
The spiked roller is very hard and has caused me lots of unwanted pain for several days. I’m not new to foam rolling so this is among the hardest.As for the long roller the edges on each of the spinners are sharp rather than being rounded. If you use it on your skin directly it can scratch if you push hard. You will have to use it over your cloth to minimize effect.I wouldn’t buy this package again
