Missing parts?
I placed it on the door to my cabinet and it fell! Apparently it was missing parts. Did anyone have this problem?

Don't bother
I ordered this product thinking it would work great and it came without one of the pieces.It was a very small part, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I asked for a replacement, thinking it was an easy mistake and that maybe it was lost in shopping. The second one just came in the mail today and it's missing TWO part this time.After reading a bunch of the reviews this seems to be a very common problem. Seriously, unless you have really good luck, don't bother buying this product.

Missing pieces
This product was missing a bolt that goes on the end of the arm piece that is needed in order to hang it on the cabinet door. Without it the arm comes out and renders the whole product unusable. There is no option to contact the seller about just getting a replacement bolt so I have to return the item instead and wait even longer for the replacement to come. Amazon shipping is already behind due to the corona stuff going on so having to wait even longer sucks.Update: the replacement was missing the same piece. Don't bother ordering this item unless you want endless frustration. Dropped it from 3 to 1 stars since obviously this is a known manufacturing problem with the company they haven't bothered to fix since there are many reviews stating the same problem.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! DOES NOT FIT ON A DOOR!
Was excited for it to come in the mail when I ordered it. When it finally came (which was late), I opened the box right away- only to find out it was missing a part so the long metal part that connects the thing that attaches to the door and the bottom shelf thing doesn't stay put. I didn't mind it at first since it should be fine after hanging it but then it was too small for a door, I could not even attach it to the door. The title says "Metal Over Door". FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Waste of money

Missing Hanger Screws; Should have read the reviews :-(
There were many reviews that said that a key part to attach the hangers to the basket was missing --they were right! When I went to install it, these little caps or nuts were not included. Alas, without these, this item cannot hang on the inside of our vanity door. Luckily, I was able to add some small screw nuts to the bottom of each hanger; however, I would NOT RECOMMEND the purchase of this storage basket because it comes incomplete.
