One bad apple
Having used HP in my printer for years and years, this time something was wrong with the cartridge. It was smudging the paper, making it useless. Never had a bad one before, but the great thing about Amazon is that returning it was easy. Bought one from my local dealer and it's fine.

Wir bitten um Umtausch einer Tonerkartusche
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,wir hatten am 6.10.2021 diese HP Original LaserJet Tonerkartusche bestellt. Krankheitsbedingt ist sieerst heute zum Einsatz gekommen und ist leider nicht nutzbar, da sie wie auf beigefügtem Foto nur Flecken macht. Wir haben dann Probeweise unsere alte Tonerkartusche wieder eingesetzt und dann waren die Flecken weg.Wir bitten um Kulanz und um Umtausch in eine neue TonerkartuscheVielen Dank im Voraus für Ihre Bemühungen
