It’s kind of hard to truly give a detailed review on vitamins but I’ll try my best. My hubby has been taking these he works at night and we’re in the middle of selling our home and buying a new one so good sleep and less stress right now is necessary.Doesn’t have much of a smell we’re not use to, it didn’t show a huge significant change in his sleep quality or his stress levels but he said it could’ve been helping him a little.
