Ordered, delivered 2 days later, box had already been opened, unit dead on arrival tripping the electricity DB, immediately returned the next day. Over a week later no replacement despite being in stock. Eventually requested a refund with Amazon. Rather than getting my money back, the same broken unit is redelivered. Now I'm waiting on the pickup return, and will then wait up to 4 weeks for a refund. Diabolical service. The hot tubs are great when they work, but the internal motor will last max 2 years.

Aufbau ist kinderleicht und schnell erledigt.Der Whirlpool ist schon recht laut bei Betreiben der Sprudelfunktion. Es ist aber wirklich zum aushalten und wenn man im Pool sitzt ist es fast garnicht zu hören.Ich habe den Pool im Winter benutzt und war begeistert.Man darf allerdings keine Angst vor dem Stromverbrauch haben.

I purchased this unit and when plugged in it tripped the house breakers and never worked after multiple resets. Terrible product and customer support. FYI the electrical of the house system and unit matched, but the control unit had a manufacturer defect.
