Il libro è in inglese, penso che in italiano non sia ancora uscito. Comunque è eccezionale, per chi può leggerlo, lo faccia!Un libro intriso di saggezza, e allo stesso tempo è pratico, diretto, senza fronzoli, e scritto con molta umiltà. Davvero bellissimo.

When I read this book, it felt like it was the book I'd been waiting for my whole life. I'm finding it difficult to put into words, but it seems to celebrate the human experience on every level, from the higher spiritual to the physical everyday. This is probably best illustrated by one of my favourite passages from the book about beauty: 'Seeing beauty is not about narrowing our vision, designating only some of its manifestations as worthy. It means expanding our definition of beauty, suspending our judgments, and appreciating both the quiet joy of riding a bicycle along the lake and the raunchy glee of driving a cherry-red sports car that hugs the open highway.'There are many other equally lovely passages, and Oriah seems to write with great openness, honesty, and humanity.
