This is a great product. I have to admit that I was not fan of these medicines especially sold online for anything without the recommendation from a professional.- This supplement was awesome and I have taken few and it help me reduce some of blood pressure.. The instruction should comes with a warning that people " with small throat should either break the pill" or pill should come in small format with suggesting taking 2 at any given time to meet the above "mg" requirements.Suggestions:- My biggest complaint is about the product that pill size is too think. My wife tried few times and look like she is going choke as the size stuck in throat- Must drink couple of sips of water to ensure that throat is smooth/wet before pill stuck on dry throat-- Do not lay down for 15 mins after taking the pill-

Renew Life is a good company for purchasing this quality of fish oil. I've been purchasing this product for a number of years.However, and purchasing this product I have discovered in two of the bottles that one of the capsules were cracked and leaked all over the rest of the capsulesAnother bottle came and another bottle has cracked capsules in it.There seems to be no one that I can contact to talk to about this but it's very bad business to not have any kind of customer support number to call when things like this happen to a product.This is extremely annoying!!?

I've used Omega-3 supplements for 10+ years. However, with Renew Life Super Critical, I notice that my BP is lower, I get relief from joint inflammation, and my cardiologist let me reduce my daily aspirin from a full strength per day (325 mg) back to 81 mg per day. The quality is undeniable and NOTE you only take one gel cap per day not 2 or 3 like every other brand out there. So they really aren't that much more expensive at all!

Very happy with this product. It's sometimes hard to find if fish oil is working, but I do feel more energized when I take this product. As one who has genetic cholesterol issues, I'm reminded how important it is to take fish oil. I like this one because it has the most included of all the Norwegian options.
