If concerned about how long you might sleep with this chewable .... break off a half to begin sleep at night and take by mouth. The whole tablet typically give me a good 4 hours of rest and I'm 66. I can wake up and take another half to get back to sleep. One will soon learn how much a tablet give you as we are all different in our sleep and the effect this has on our rest.

This is a good sleep aid if you aren’t a melatonin fan. Melatonin seems to give some pretty vivid dreams and so far this product does not. The taste isn’t the best but then again, it could be worse. Tablets melt easily and have a soft sleepiness drift off like affect. At least in my experience.

I have issues sleeping. For me this product is a once in a while use item. You should make sure that you are going to have enough hours or you will be groggy in the morning, the same effects as allergy medication, so be mindful. It's really easy use, put under your tongue and you are good to go in seconds. I'd say about 45 minutes to sleepiness. I haven't used it in a while as it started making my heart race and stopped me from sleeping. My husband swears by the product and used it on his way home when he worked late and had to work again in the morning, he had no problems with using it for weeks at a time. I just want to let you know that if you do have issues like I did, you should stop using the product.
