The product is perfect and exactly qs described and like the picture & big enough for my pet & it also has a cushion and has many windows and is easy to carry not a backpack

Not bad.
When using the handle, it makes the bag thinner which makes less space for the pet/cat to be inside. We ended up carrying it from under the bag.

this item is good but they deliver without cushion so how my cat use this so i need to return

Wrong product description and not what is shown in the picture
It is not the same in the picture as above. It comes as a backpack for your cat and does not convert into a carry bag nor does it have a sling. The only aspect which is correct is the colour.

Is big bag, nice and easy to transport the cat. The quality is more than I expect.

Bigger and better quality than expected.
It is big enough to fit 2 small cats comfortably or one large cat. Very sturdy and well made. It comes with a nice fur insert for the bottom which I did not expect.
