I received my order with very bad condition and the shampoo in everywhere , the packaging exposed to heat for long time even the affected the outside cover. I’ll never repeated 👎🏻Y

I love how gentle this product is on hair

Doesn't make my hair feel dry. Love that it doesn't have sulfates. (there are ALOT of reviews saying it MAKES your hair greasy, this is not the case. what they are likely experiencing is the silicones from conditioners and other products are left behind because it doesn't have sulfates, which is what removes the silicones! to use this shampoo, you need to make sure the other products you use do not have silicones in them.)

Probably the worst shampoo/conditioner I’ve used. I was expecting a gorgeous scent but it barely had a scent. It might as well be unscented. The conditioner had a little more scent and it was ok in the bottle but when I dried my hair I’m getting a fishy smell? Also my hair looks like I have not washed it in days. Front pieces are super greasy right after blow dry. All product was rinsed out well. Colour didn’t run which is a plus but I think I will be sticking to Pantene sulphate free colour care line from now on. Don’t waste your money on this.

This SheaMoisture shampoo was too drying for my coloured 3b hair and left it dull and looking dried out, which is too bad because I did find that it did not remove any hair colour and did help with colour tone. I just wish it wasn't so drying. Their Jamaican Black Castor Oil strengthen and restore shampoo is fabulous and leaves my hair shiny when combined with their Jamaican Black Castor oil strengthen and restore mask. I was hoping to find something similar that would protect colour treatments too. (Note: I am only to shampoo once a month due to dry hair and can only use co-washes between shampoos.)

This shampoo has a somewhat pleasant smell.However, the finished result was very disappointing. I used it once and my hair felt like it needed to be washed again, right after washing with this. My hair also looked like I hadn't washed it.I wasn't able to submit the review without doing a star rating. Overall for the product, my star rating is really none (0)

it feel like it’s been dissolved because it’s really runny. Not sure if that is the right consistency since it’s the first time I buy this product. Hair still feels dirty after two washes. I’ll probably won’t be buying again.
