The product is resembles as it is and you need to diy to build but if a missing or damaged piece goes u need to try for optional materials to build it.nice for people with hobbies.

I got it as a Christmas present for my man because he likes interior design, lights and models. But his patience lasted him only on structure: first floor and walls, he stopped at refrigerator. This is where I picked up. It was actually fun, sometimes being annoyed with super small parts but satisfactory when completed.I used multiple kinds of glues, super glue melts plastic, I didn’t know it. One bead that was supposed to be as a leg for a coffee table was missing (perhaps I lost it when pulling other parts), but the table is ok with three legs.The challenge is to align the walls. Never got it perfectly aligned.Instructions are good enough, though I missed few steps.The most challenging part for me was shower, those tiny beads didn’t want to stick. And door handle gave me some headache but eventually I got managed to put it all together.

The small blue shelf was warped, so I did not use. Could not get squared up. The newspaper stand is wonky but I traded out wire for dowel and was better. I changed it over to a book/art gallery because I found that more fun and interesting.

I had so much fun putting this together! I've built quite a few different houses together from different places and this was definitely one of my favorites! Instructions were very easy and the materials were great to work with. It ended up looking so adorable and just like the picture!
