Fitting companion for the Long Halloween and Dark Victory
I read the Long Halloween and Dark Victory several years ago but never got around to picking up this collection of Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale's Halloween Special comics from the years leading up to those stories. I'm definitely sorry I missed them. While not as essential as either Long Halloween or Dark Victory, the three stories in this collection are all well written and beautifully drawn. Honestly, I couldn't get enough of Tim Sale's Batman. Worthwhile for any Batman reader but especially fans of Loeb and Sale.

Bad construction
The story itself is amazing but the book itself had the front and back page completely detached from the spine

A bit over hyped book
I enjoyed Jeff Loeb run on Batman. But i felt the three books he wrote are very similar (long halloween, dark victory). Good detective story…You can pass on this one and just read the Long Halloween and Dark Victory. Me personnaly i prefered Dark Victory over LH. Good read still

Three amazing Batman tales!
The three tales reunited in this Batman comic provide a very interesting read... The author reached influence in classics of Literature, such as "Alice" and "A Christmas Carol". Jeph Loeb is a great comic book writer. I gave it 4 stars because it's a little bit expensive as it is a comic with no more than a hundred pages.

Never thought i would enjoy it
Although the chapters are not connected they are quite enjoyable the intro of Scarecrow, Mad Hatter and Barbara Gordon were amazing to me and Batman thinking about having a love life shows how much human he is
