I bought this product and the laser is too dim. I purchased it and waiting a while to to install. I just installed it and found out that the LASER IS TOO DIM. When i park my car during the day in my enclosed garage, I cannot see the laser. I have have used similar products, which worked for about 12 years, but the laser slowly got dim. This one is dim right out of the box. When I called to complain, they said it was outside the warranty period of 30 days (which was 2 weeks ago). This is TERRIBLE customer service. While apologetic, they said this was there policy. I gave them every opportunity to change there mind, but they refused to listen. I should also mention that the power cord is too short. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! You will be disappointment!

This unit is garbage. I plugged it in, set it up so it was properly aimed. Next day the beam was so weak it’s virtually invisible. Pulled the batteries to be sure it was using ac power, no improvement. The car is 5 feet from the unit! This didn’t even last a day! Total waste of money and can’t contact the seller to send it back. DO NOT BUY!

I would have rated this 5 stars except the lasers don't adjust wide enough to hit the center of the dash on both cars in a low ceiling situation. In addition out of the package on laser didn't work until I fiddled around with the enclosure. Otherwise great little parking assist tool.

Quick delivery and easy to install. Works reasonably fine except hard to get both cars to the right points due to the maximum angles of the two pointers. That did not bother me much. We went for vacation for three weeks and came home to find the item not working. Neither pointers would light up. I would think either the power supply or the unit itself or both have gone south.Going to return the item.

El producto no funcionó correctamente como se aprecia en la foto 1, y la caja donde venia así como los accesorios de fijación me indica que el producto ya estuvo montado o sea que está usado. Si hubiese funcionado correctamente igual no lo devolvería porque lo necesito, pero no funciona uno de los 2 láser, así no me sirve.Espero pronta respuesta del vendedor y su pronta reposición bien sea del producto o la devolución del dinero.
