It blurred out out my fine lines and wrinkles
I give the product itself 3.8 starsThe seller who shipped it a 5 stars.I bought this sunscreen for its PA++++I would not use this as outdoor/working out/sports sunscreen but I do walk a lot and take the bus in the city and its hold up well with light sweat and heat.It does leave a white cast, and it does leave streaks at first when your try blending it to your skin, but after it start to dry off and then try to blend it again and the streaks go away. Shake the bottle before using the sunscreen and keep in mind when its comes out of the bottle it's very watery and light and it has a strong fragrance smell but it goes away in 5 mins. I have sensitive skin and I did not have a reaction on my skin and it left my skin very velvety and smooth and soft. It blurred out out my fine lines and wrinkles, pores and my texture acne scar Even my sister was astonish how my skin looked smooth. But my eyes did sting slightly for 5 mins but it went away (I do have a condition called blepharitis). So my eyes are very sensitive to fragrances For those who have extremely sensitive eyes or/and who have sensitive skin be cautious.Downside it does not have zinc oxide but the upside it has Tinosorb S, Uvinul A Plus, and Titanium oxide. I'm was looking for protection against UV-A rays. I bought this as a replacement for my Tokyo mermaid skin gel uv for the summer. Main difference between "Velvet" and "Soft" seems to be the colour tint
I really enjoy the [Missha] All Around Safe Block Sun Milks and I've use all of the other finishes multiple times. This was my first time using "Velvet Finish". I liked the general consistency/coverage/etc. which I already expected to enjoy based on how I liked the other Sun Milks. (It's very thin, but it dries to a nice powdery feel. It's easy for me to apply it as thoroughly as I wish to because, when it's still wet, I can easily see it and smooth it on. It has a faint fragrance that I, personally, like. I find it absorbs pretty quickly but does not leave my usually-dry skin even drier.) However, I found that the "Velvet Finish" was more brown than I needed it to be. (It's still absolutely a white-cast-horror like the other Sun Milks; it doesn't appear to be "brown" as in "matching brown skin shades", but I find "Soft Finish" is rather pink and this was brown-ish rather than pink-ish.) It's probably a great colour for someone else, but not me!

Superior sun protection.
I read the reviews on this before buying it, knowing full and well it may add a white cast to my skin. It did, and I love it. I live in Florida, recently moved from up north, so instead of foundation, I use this, because it’s too hot for liquid foundation down here. I’ve sat out on the the beach twice, all day, in the hot summer Florida sun, and I did not burn. The scent is lovely and subtle, not like a heavy fauxonut smell like most sun blocks. It definitely protects. I recommend it for fellow pasty people, and anyone who cares about avoiding sun damage.

Tone up - makes skin brighter
This is like a tone-up product (makes skin look lighter/brighter due to light pink tint). I have light skin and find that it makes my skin look nice and bright, so I don't need to use much makeup (just concealer in some spots). The key to a streak-free finish is to smear it onto skin as evenly as possible and then pat, pat, pat... don't rub. It layers well - again, patting only. It does emphasize dry flakes, so making sure skin is flake-free and hydrated helps a lot. Overall, I really like it, but it's not a "velvet finish." There's still a sunscreen sheen on my skin. Also, I don't think it's suitable for medium and darker skin tones.

Not as Good as Missha's Previous Sunscreen Formula (2019)
If you're coming because you've previous tried the Missha Sunscreen in the pink bottle with the silver cap, this is NOT that. It has a weird color to it and it's soooo liquidy. I am a normal/dry skin type and this made my break out. Would not buy again.
