TIDEWE Rain Suit, Waterproof Breathable Lightweight 2 Pieces Rainwear

The materials are good, the design is not.
This rain suit looks good and will keep you dry. I wore it for 8 hours straight in the rain and was comfortable and dry. The material is stiff, but seems durable. There is not much of an inner liner, so in cold weather you will need a good underlayer. There are some areas where the design could have been better though. The drawstrings for the hood do not have clips on them, so when you draw the hood down against the wind, it will loosen after a moment. Likewise, the pockets are in a really awkward area. I like to put my hands in jacket pockets for warmth, but I was not able to do that with this jacket since the pockets are on the front. The pants have an elastic waist, but no belt or drawstring. They have been comfortable and fit well, but it would be nice to be able to secure them better. I also feel like a drawstring could keep the elastic from wearing out over time.Overall, this rain suit is not bad, but I wish it had been designed better.

Better Than Expected
For the money, you can't beat this rain suit. The inside is something like Frogg Toggs (may even be the same stuff), but the outside is nicer, more fabric-like material. It isn't the quietest, but I'm fishing rather than hunting in it anyway. The pattern is great, nothing faded or sloppy at all, rich colors.I'm 6' 3"/185 lbs., long arms and legs, and a large fits me very well (34" waist myself, but the pants could easily go a couple of inches either way). The hood could be a bit deeper, and my one real complaint is the lack of those little press-to-release clamps normally found on hood drawstrings. I guess you're supposed to tie the strings when the hood is drawn in....not very practical. Can't speak to durability yet, but these seem well made. Wore them while kayak fishing in off and on rain, came home bone dry. Happy buyer, may get another set later.

Quality Rainsuit with Nice Carry Bag
I am 5'3", 145 lbs and I ordered a size small. Both the pants and the coat fit perfectly with a normal layer of clothes underneath. I like that the suit has pockets, doesn't feel like a big plastic bag (breathable) and has plenty of room to bend, twist, and move around in without worrying about splitting seams. The pants are also adjustable around the ankles. This style is not "whisper quiet", but certainly quieter than a lot of other styles I've tried. That being said, I would still feel comfortable using this suit for bow hunting if it was raining. The carry bag seems sturdy and well-built as well.

Must have rain suit
This is an amazing rain suit. I got a medium from the size chart and it fits perfect. The bag that comes with this suit as great, can throw it in my truck and not have to worry about the suit getting damaged. The pants are easy on and easy off. Had it on before heading out to the tree stand with it raining pretty good out. Walked about 1 mile in the rain and the suit did its job I was dry. I truely recomend this product.

TideWe Rain Suit Mens
I have not yet worn the rain suit, I hope it is a pretty good one.We ordered one for my wife, a size larger than her normal size, it was exceptionally small, it was returned. She is a small to medium size, we ordered a Large, it was too snug to wear over clothes. That makes ladies feel really well or no, not so much in this household.I ordered a 3XL, I give it a little under a 3xl but it might do.In the US, most men's vs women's jackets & shirts are opposite. The men's zips from the opposite side as does traditional, that will take some getting accustomed to.It seems durable, it does not seem to be breathable which would be handy for much of the year. The pants, no accessible pockets to your actual garments.I needed/wanted a Tall, not available.I wanted black, it was not available. This one does not or at least I did not notice the rude plastic odor of some of the rain gear or the cheap shower curtain smell. The sleeves are short for me, that is why I wanted a Tall cut.The 3XL, the elastic around the wrists is much greater than my wrists so not a snug fit which is the design ergo the elastic, to keep the wind/rain out. I am not a small guy, I would have ordered a 3XL Tall had it been available. This is not a crap rain gear. This is not a legacy rain suit, I don't see it being around for several season if it is used.I can't yet speak to the good points till I wear it.After using the rain suit, if it is fantastic, I will upgrade. If it turns out to be crap rain gear, I will reflect that as well.

Going 75 on Highway in a hurricane and was dry!
I love this rain suit.I still haven’t managed to put it back into the tiny bag it came in. I just toss it in my backpack and it doesn’t take up much space.Very good quality, keeps the wind at bay and keeps me warm and dry.I would highly suggest buying some rain shoe covers to go along with it. And if you get those you’ll be completely dry.

Runs large in size...
I am not a big man. I'm about 140 pounds at 5'7" tall. Good thing I I ordered a small. If I had ordered a medium, it would have been way too big. I get it that this rain suit covers the clothing you have on and it needs to be a bit oversized to cover layers but you might want to size down if you have a trim build. The coat zips on the left. Difficult to zip if you are used to right hand zip. I'm not sure why this is happening to a lot of coats but American men are not fond of this. Inside pocket for a cell phone would be a nice addition. In the long run, I will probably use the pants more than the coat. Sadly, there are no pockets in the pants either. On the plus side: The price is right for a basic no frills rain suit that does keep you dry.

The waistline of these pants are NOT ADJUSTABLE!
You describe the waist line of these pants being adjustable. But they are not! Adjustable means you can adjust them to the most comfortable position. These pants have one position, UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNADJUSTABLE!

Good Jacket and pants
For the Price I paid. I am very very impressed, I work where it Rains 95 % of the time and side ways. We have days of over 100 Mils a day and hard. I stay dry, only problem is around neck where rain can leak in and around cuffs of the arm. Other wise it is a winner

Wasn’t impressed with the material
This might be rainproof, I’m not sure, but I found the material to be substandard. I don’t think it would stand up to any abuse. Having said that, I returned without wearing. I did read the reviews and they did praise these suits for being waterproof though. I would be using this more than just hiking through the woods, actually more for work, and I just did not believe the material would stand up.

Solid quality product for the price.
I am a bigger guy and wanted a breathable rain suit that I could fit some layers under. This fit the bill. Sizing was good with room for a hoodie underneath. It comes with a pouch to roll the pants and jacket into for compact storage. Seems to be made of decent quality materials. I wore it for approximately 8 hours. It was a bit warm, but kept me dry. For the price point it seems well made. My only complaint with the product is the pants. There was no pockets, which meant I was trying to shove my hands down the waistband into my pants pockets. The coat has two pockets, but it's convenient to have pockets. Also there is no button and zipper, so to relieve oneself, you have to pull the rain pants down vs unbuttoning them.

Kept the rain out
I bought this rain suit last minute for a hunt my brother and I did in October 2020. The weather forecast changed the day before the hunt and rain were expected in the morning. Sure enough, it did rain, not overly heavy but enough that I would have been wet if it weren't the TideWe rainsuit. It worked well, was ok to walk in with some "swish" sounds. I was able to compensate for the noise by walking a little slower. The product did what it was supposed to do and it looks great.
