Tend SkinRazor Burn and Ingrown Hair Kit-Tend skin 4ounce + Roll on 2.5 ounce

I'm a 45yr old African American woman and I have suffered from ingrown hairs with all the bumps & bruises that comes with it on my chin for about 20yrs. I wish I had known about Tend Skin before spending $1000's on laser hair removal, glycolic peels, skin creams, bleaching, you name it, I bought!! I've been using Tend Skin for about two months & the results are incredible.I started off using Tend Skin day & night. Now I use it once a day & I exfoliate. The hair did not totally stop growing but when it does grow back it's not as course. I even have gotten a few ingrown hairs but not nearly as intense as before Tend Skin. The dark marks that I've had for years are even starting to lighten. I wish I would've taken a before and after pic to post the results. I read 100's of reviews before I actually bought the product. I felt I had nothing to lose when I saw the Tend Skin website offered free samples, paying a minimal shipping fee. (Be patient, it took a while) They sent a few .25oz size samples, so use it as sparingly as possible. Being that the samples were so small, I understood what some reviews were stating about wasting by saturating a cotton ball. After the 1st night I noticed a difference. The raised ingrown hair bumps were not as sore & had smooth down a bit. Being that I've endured ingrown bumps for so long any improvement was noticeable. I ordered the roll-on and refillable combo immediately because I knew that little sample was not going to last long. I was also concerned about running out of the samples before my order would be delivered being that the samples took forever. Amazon's delivery was amazing as usual.Just as all the the other reviews have stated, it does reek of alcohol but the smell does not linger. Moisturizing is an "ABSOLUTE MUST" when using this product or your skin will peel/flake. Another fact mentioned in the other reviews I experienced was an initial burning/stinging sensation when I first applied. I think this sensation is inevitable the first initial use. It was not excruciating (for me) and didn't last long. I also experience a slight burning/stinging when I apply to damp areas, usually when I'm pressed for time & rushing out of the shower. I guess my pores are still slightly open. So applying to dry skin would probably help with burning/stinging. Now that I use it regularly I don't feel a thing.I also noticed many reviews stating problems with the roll-on sticking, but I haven't had any problems. I roll-on the amount I need and that's it. It's an easy refillable bottle that twists off for convenient refill. I did save those little .25oz sample bottles, they're perfect for traveling!!It's only been two months and I've never had any other product show as much of an improvement on my skin as Tend Skin!!!!

Based upon reviews, testimonials, barber shops and even my dermatologist, decided to try this and it's an absolute MUST HAVE ESSENTIAL for any man who shaves. I have a naturally curly kinky hair texture, sensitive skin and extremely prone to razor bumps and ingrown hairs and nothing purporting to cater to sensitive skin or ingrown hairs has worked for me except this! Recommend that you use it if not daily immediately after a shave but at least for a few days daily post shave then you can skip until your next shave. Burns like heck though so be prepared and use sparingly. I'd use something cooling or tea tree after applying.

I've been cursed with ingrown hairs on every part of my body that I shave/wax for all for my adult life. It has been frustrating to say the least. This kit had been my last resort and I'm sooo glad I gave it a shot! I'll definitely be buying this product for the rest of my life!! I have definitely seen the most improvement along my bikini line and armpits, it seems to even be lightening the dark spots that were scarred over. I use this after I shower with a combination of bikini zone ingrown hair creme (found this at target in the wax/razor section) right after I get waxed and the results are amazing! I also make sure to use a scrubbing towel in the shower to get rid of dead skin and replace that every month or so. The bottles may seem small but the product has lasted a really long time. I got this back in August and I'm not even half way through it, even though I use a liberal amount every time. I did pour the bottle into a spray bottle so I can just apply to product directly onto my skin instead of a cotton pad first and that has been working great. The only negative things I would have to say about it are that it does sting a bit if you use it right after you wax and it does have a strong alcohol smell, but that goes away almost immediately. Those two things won't be deterring me from buying Tend Skin again though, I would much rather deal with those small things than the painful ugly ingrown hairs and scars that I've had for years! I'm absolutely hooked!!

Thought I would throw a review on here for the first time. I’ve struggled immensely with ingrown hairs on my face the past few years and have tried so many different types of things like scrubs and masks. Tend Skin was a Hail Mary for me so I bought a bottle and have used it for a month. It actually works. The photos without glasses are with Tend Skin. Photo with Glasses, i didn’t use it. Initially it burned (not horribly bad) after a fresh shave because I had razor bumps and ingrown hairs, but one you get used to it it doesn’t burn. Applied daily, morning and night, after washing face. Wash upwards on face with cloth away from hair grain and then apply tend skin with a pad upwards on face the same way. Now to work on my hyper pigmentation!

This is exactly what I needed. Does what it says. Will keep purchasing.

I've been battling scarring for a long time. Didnt know that anything would help. This actually works. For the 1st time in years I've felt confident enough to wear swimsuit. I'm AA female, been using for a couple of months along with other skincare regimens of course. It stings after hair removal but its lasts seconds. No strong smell, dries quickly. Highly recommend. Will continue to buy.

Works as it should except for the scent but other than the slight sting when applied everything works as it should!
