Good, sturdy plastic that’s very stimulating for the scalp!

I got these for a family member that struggles with dry scalp. He said that he enjoys the ability to get to the scalp through his thick hat and get a deeper clean.

I really didn't expect it to be top of the line and other than one of the finger hooks was broken but it does the job.
