Yes they are quite big....but they are capsuls and can not be dissolved.

Amazon products (Prime or not), usually can’t be returned if it’s sold by a 3rd party. Near the top of the page, just below the yellow “subscribe and save” button, it’ll say “Shipped and sold by Amazon.com” This usually means it’s returnable. If the item is sold by a 3rd party, (i.e., not Amazon),it’s most likely not returnable. Good question. Certainly some vitamins are to be kept at room temperature. I might consider researching that question on the internet or call/contact the NOW company and ask.

I cannot find where it says that. It does say it is from medium chain triglycerides. Maybe they misspelled?
