I was C deficient, my doctor recommended pure ascorbic acid with minimal fillers. The caplets are large and difficult for me to swallow, so I break them in half and swallow half at a time. True C is part of a complex, and difficult to find over the counter. I do feel better since taking this product, and my gums are much less tender - whether a placebo effect or actual benefit I cannot say, but it is helping.

Just left one pill over the stain with the pump off, they dissolved over the stain. At first it left a wider blackish mark which disappeared in a day. Like that i removed difficult iron/reddish retains on the plaster. Hope this helps.

Really like these, some vitamin C' s in the past have upset my stomach, but it's must have for my skin. I notice a difference in my complexion when I stop. These seem to be mild and I only have to take one a day also another big plus. I would order from seller again. And I got my package in two days. Packaged well.

While I'm sure this is a good product, I have found that we have to use a pill splitter on this pill. I can usually take 4 vitamins at a time, but just taking this one leaves me with a sore, scratched throat. The pill is HUGE, and the corners are very sharp. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone.
