Ceviche: Peruvian Kitchen

I got this book because 2 of my favourite restaurants in Spain have it in their bookshelf. Great recipes (only a few ceviche recipes) and a lot of them are perfectly accessible to people who are not master chefs. Some recipes are incredibly easy and full of amazing new flavours.

So many amazing things to cook and I am struggling where to start.Very happy

Admittedly I haven’t tried the recipes yet but I saw him on Sunday Brunch. This lead me to buy this book and I’m super happy with it. Looking forward to making the dishes in the book. They look super tasty.

What a amazing book! I have just been to Peru and fell in love with its cuisine. Martin's book is full of great recipes and information. It was bought as a gift for a friend and now I am getting one for myself!
