I am a 29 year old female on a hormonal IUD for birth control and have been struggling with libido. I've read a few articles claiming that maca powder can help so I purchased this product on Amazon.I first tried adding this to my coffee. The flavor was tolerable. Although when I got to the bottom of my mug, most of the powder did not dissolve. The next day, I tried adding it into my coffee using a hand-held frother and got the same results. A few days later, I added it to a green smoothie. I believe the powder dissolved entirely in the smoothie. The flavor came through in both my coffee and my smoothie. It's definitely an "Earthy" flavor - tolerable although not something I'd crave. I cannot say I noticed any difference in my libido during this trial. Although, I probably did not take the product consistently enough for a long enough period of time for true results.The package is supposed to be a resealable pouch but the product I received had a defective zipper mechanism so I have to store the opened pouch in a Ziploc bag.I'll finish this pouch but likely will NOT purchase again.

There are so many great benefits for women and men to take this supplement on a daily i use it to make soothe. The benefits use for boosts libido and increase fertility, boosts energy, improve memory and concentration etc..

It definitely is a great product, just has a really strong kind of pungently sweet smell and a strong taste when using the recommended amount. It says 1 tbsp but I use 1/2 tbsp. Made it last longer I used in fruit/protein smoothies. Overall it definitely does what it says because I felt totally energized.

Very satisfied with product and packaging. Loved the malty taste, great with all kinds of steamed milk or milk substitute. Best to first mix to a smooth consistency with about 1 oz of water before adding milk or even coffee or tea. Loved it.
