Not on time
Needed this for a birthday party gift but it didn't arrive on time.Not sure about the actual quality of the item(s) as I was obviously unable to make use of them.So even if this item says prime, it means nothing. Neither does the "order by to receive by" dates. Frustrating because I wanted to love the nebulous stars. Such a cute idea.I can't return, closest store isn't worth the gas I'd waste.
