Wu Yi Oolong Tea Wulong Tea 100 Bags Foojoy

I'm kind of an amateur when it comes to tea, but I've tried several kinds of oolong tea, mostly because of the supposed visceral fat-burning benefits. [I can't really comment on the fat burning because I'm also dieting and exercising.] But I can comment on the flavor of the tea. I use one tea bag in an insulated mug of about 14 ounces, add a heaping teaspoon of Splenda, and leave it in the mug as I drink it over two to three hours. Probably not the best way to drink tea, I know. Nevertheless, this tea has a good, moderately strong, pleasant flavor; holds its flavor; and does not have a bitter aftertaste like some of the others I have tried. Best of all, this was very economical [$7 for a hundred bags, and eligible for free Prime shipping]. I highly recommend this tea and plan to buy it again. Do watch to make certain it is specifically this brand and kind, since Foojoy has several that sound similar and I have tried one of the others that I did not like as well. [...]

My daughter-in-law mentioned this tea in passing and that it had weight loss properties. I did some research and ordered it right away. I make this as an iced tea and drink it throughout the day. I immediately noticed a decreased appetite. I initially sweetened it with low-cal agave. One time I forgot to sweeten it and haven't sweetened it since. It tastes great by itself. I think it almost has a hint of chocolate taste. Very pleasant.

Love this tea! The taste is very smooth and mellow. It seems to curb my appetite when I drink it. My husband and I are big tea drinkers and I find that we can easily go through a box of this in two months, along with all the other teas we consume. We will continue to buy this product.

I like the tea, but the cost doubled recently and the only difference is another layer of plastic packaging. I may be looking for another source.

I thought I would try this brand because it was cheaper than my regular tea and had 100 instead of 16 teabags. Was not impressed. Was very weak and tasted stale, almost. I did find that when I combined it with a green/jasmine teabag I was able to drink it, but I won’t purchase again.

The quality of the tea is to be expected for the price. If you are not a tea snob it is very good Oolong tea for the price.

Bought my tea from Bubble7. For my entire box of tea, each row of tea bags was enclosed in plastic wrap so they didn't break apart. The rows are nice and tight in the plastic until you need to take one out. I have never tried this tea before, and it is a little bitter, but not bad. I assume it is supposed to taste that way. When I get a bit hungry and want to wait to eat, I just make myself a cup. Would purchase again.
