Although an expensive toner, I find it works great as a prep before applying my daily cosmelan from the same company. It not perfummy. It never fails that after I wash my face, that this toner takes off any left over residue make up the wash may have left behind. I also find that when I stopped using it for time that my face started breaking out. So I went back to this toner and it cleared right up. I find it the cheapest price here on amazon.
