I was not able to stand or walk for long because I of small injury in the heel. But, after replacing the shoe pad with this product I was able to feel the difference from day one. Definitely recommended.

They are certainly not the miracle, exercises and physiotherapy still required, but they made me go through my days with more comfort and less pain. I’ve also tried insoles with magnets and more pebbles for “massage” but they increased my pain. Dr Scholl’s were more helpful.

Worst pathetic Insole!!!
What a waste of money!!! I just had a pain from plantar Fascia in my right heel. Now thanks to this insole, I have pain now in my both the heels! The worst mistake that I have done till date. Please please do not waste your money in Insoles. Just reduce your weight and this pain should be taken care of.
