Awesome chocolate cakes

I like the chocolate bars from this brand, so when this product came up in my recommendations I bought it without a second thought. Nothing bad about it, but I also wasn't blown away by the taste either. When I read "chocobakes" it gave me 3 - perhaps erroneous - expectations: that it would be very chocolatey, it would have a soft baked quality like a mini cake, and it would have a gooey chocolate filled center. I had none of my expectations met. Chocolate chip cookies taste more chocolatey to me than this did, because those at least of solid chunks of real chocolate. These chocobakes did have an overall chocolate flavor, but it wasn't the big chocolate taste I was expecting, especially from a product carrying the Cadbury logo. These were not at all like soft baked cakes. They were actually very hard, crunchy, and crumbly. I prefer soft and chewy to hard and crunchy because it gives a neater eating experience. And while these chocobakes did have a chocolate filled center, it seemed underwhelming. I was expecting maybe something like the Cadbury milk chocolate melted into the center. The reality was an artificial tasting soft chocolate center that got pretty lost in all the crunching of the outer cookie. These just didn't do it for me, and I will not purchase again.

Small box with six individually wrapped cookies about the size of an Oreo. Not much flavor. Would not buy again.

First of all, the whole box of cookies is approximately 5x3x2 - I’m talking inches here. It contains 6 cookies approx. 1.5” in diameter each. If the size and price doesn’t scare you off, they are delightful! Especially if you warm them a little.

These biscuits made in England are delicious. They are much tastier than anything made in the USA.
