I buy this to make my henna with that I use to stain my hair, so probably vastly different review than someone who is drinking this. It works great. Powdered finely, makes a rich yellow tea and helps add a bit of golden hue to my henna.

Its wonderful to be able to buy this product and this type of chamomile. The taste and quality is evident. It is ground VERY FINE.....a powder as its described. So I had to buy a Bodum tea cup infuser with a very fine filter to keep the powder out of the tea. Its works better. Not sure if the powder adds to the potency? But a little less grinding might make it easier to steep...... just a thought...

Im 61 and just retired. My wife and i are moving out of state. I began to experience very bad anxiety that came on strong one day. I have experienced anxiety before but nothing even close to this bad. Bad enough that i had to seek help from my Dr. He prescribed klonopin a benzo, bad stuff. I read about a clinical study about to begin to see if 500 mg of German chamomile flower powder 3x a day can be as effective as benzo,s. I stopped taking the klonopin to sleep at night. I was taking 1mg at bed time but was only sleeping 3.5 or so hrs. I began taking this brand of chamomile 1/2 teaspoon of powder washed down my throat with water. I also use the chamomile during the day combined with about 1/8 th mg of klonopin. I know my situation is temporary an i dont want the benzo monkey on my back when my situation improves. I am airing my laundry here to maybe help someone else in a similar situation. Give this product a try. Its helping me. Maybe it will help you, God bless.

this Chamomile was so fresh. It smelled like homey. Tasted so good.

Not as finely ground as I had hoped, but it's still a great product.
