Salter Everest Marble Collection - Carbon Steel Non-Stick 12 Cup Muffin Tray, 35 cm, Grey

I bought these as I was already familiar with the Marble frying pans and how easy they are to clean. If you are trying to watch the waist line these are a boon as you don't need to use any oil/fat other than what is needed in the recipe. We have even used these tins for yorkshire puds and they came out great, not one stuck in the tin and even the slight overspill which got done to a crisp came straight off.Both me and the wife are well impressed with the marble collection and we are waiting for more items to be added to the range.

THRILLED TO BITS WITH THIS TIN, I USE FRYLIGHT INSTEAD OF OILS SO ITEMS TEND TO STICK A LITTLE, BUT NOT THIS ONE. SPRAYED WITH FRYLIGHT, ADDED YORKSHIRE PUDDING BATTER AND ONCE COOKED JUST PICK THEM OUT IN FACT THEY WILL JUST SLIDE OUT. BRILLIANT WELL PLEASED WITH THIS.

Nothing sticks to this tray. Cleaning the tray has little grove round cup that is difficult to clean. Edit, after 11 months the coating started coming off on the food.

I have the saucepans, frying pan, griddle, baking trays, roasting tray and this. They are all fantastic! Very easy to clean, non stick, minimal oil to no oil required, is compatible with all types of hob(check first though), and looks great.

Great non stick muffin tins. Lovely quality but have only used a couple of times so will update if they deteriorate.
