Pros- The aluminum tops for the nespresso virtuo pods are a huge money saver and work great.Cons- I have found the provided reusable nedpresso pod does not work as well as just reusing an older nespresso pod.I am a continued customer for the pod toppers.My advice is don’t buy the metal reusable pod but just the aluminum tops.

Great replacement for expensive nespresso pods.

I was quite pleased with the original foils for my Nespresso pods. The package of refill foils are not as reliable, a little too small and often lift. I have found it necessary to remove and use a fresh foil a few times. To avoid this issue, after I twist and press the ring I use the handle edge of the scoop to press all the way around the foil next to the raised edge of the pod.

I love being able to have a reusable pod for my Nespresso. Not only for less waste but I can use my favorite local coffee house roast. And theses seals work perfectly! I have never had an issue using these in my Nespresso with the reusable metal pods. They can leave a little bit of sticky residue, but it comes off pretty easy with a microfiber washcloth and hot water. Easy to clean but let it cool down first. It doesn’t mess with the flavor of the coffee in any way. And I have purchased this product twice now. Highly recommend for Nespresso users.

Learned the hard way that Nespresso designed the pods to have a round/curved bottom for a reason. The spinning and extraction process forces the coffee up the side of the pod more efficiently. Using the same beans and quantity of grind, I compared using this reusable metal pod versus a real Nespresso pod (original plastic) that I emptied out and the difference in coffee quality is apparent. The original Nespresso plastic curved pod generates more "crema", for those who like it, and the coffee is definitely stronger and tastes less water down. I suggest buying a curved reusable pod instead. The disposable seal lids that this came with works fine

These are a bit smaller than the foils I received when I bought the nespresso virtuo kit, however they are big enough to fit the pod. These foils have a stronger glue than the ones that came with the kit. I am so happy to have made the initial purchase of the kit and also happy that the additional fouls are such good quality. I have saved so much money and have such a larger Lesley toon of coffees to use. This system is easy to use and makes great coffee with a lot of foam as well.

This works great, is easy to use and saves money. The only weakness is the size. They need to make a 14 oz size.

I have used several different brands of these to refill my virtuoso pods and these are the best that i have found. Most are too big and they stick in the machine when trying to pop them out. it takes a minute to refill the pods but it is worth it because the cost of the prefilled pods are so expensive and it also gives me the option to use my favorite grind of coffee.
