Absolutely no customer service! Good product but lacks rigidity
Hi, I ordered this stuff for my custom built sub box for home, at beginning the sound was excellent, I bought this for 1800 and I was amazed with the result, never expected that what this thing delevers. The problem came when this thing started producing rattling sound, and I tried to contact fredo through mail as Amazon has clearly written customers have to courior product for repair, but I didn't get any reply for my mail, they have no service center and they have increased price also (a cheap step to take ) and they have no after sell responce. So the main talk here is this that these guys are making good stuff, very good subwoofer but they won't support you after sell, within the Amazon return/replace policy you are good but after that if this thing doesn't work, fredo guys will do nothing.

Built quality is good, bassy and heavy and also value for money.
Firstly, product is heavy and sound quality bass is good, but I have got many scratches on the body of subwoofer, I don't know why. Otherwise very good subwoofer at this price. No other company can't give like this price.

The basket bent on both woofers. And voice coil rub on 1 woofer. Disappointed 😩😩The bass is ok.
