I got this suitcase as an upgrade to the one I had previously. This suitcase is very high quality, beautiful color and enough room to fit all of my belongings. I could also mention that the four wheels make it very convenient to take from place to place. The only con I have about this suitcase is that pocket that goes across all of the clothes does not entirely secure the clothes in place so once you open it your clothes might be a bit scattered. Not a big deal though. I found no visible scratches on the exterior and I believe that this suitcase is overall a wonderful product and would definitely recommend; worth the price aswell so you won’t have to worry if this is not what the description has stated. 5 stars.

This one's a stunner. I travel a lot and have been through a couple suitcases. So far, so good with this one. Wheels feel strong and I appreciate the extra storage locations within the bag. I loved how it looked on the carousel and it was easy to spot out among a sea of black suitcases. The design is so pretty and unique. I just love it

The texture of luggage was nice, very durable and pleasant to the eye. The luggage bag had many compartments inside to store all of my items. I received a few scratches during my trip but nothing to damaging. The luggage was easy to maneuver and the color of the luggage was just as shown in picture.

Product description was on point. The case is hard & seems pretty durable. The backpack has plenty of pockets and is great to use as your "personal bag" or purse substitute. The only con I have is on the backpack some of the threads seem loose. So the seems might not be as strong.

Very smooth and Lightweight

I wanted to love this carry on. The reviews were mixed but I decided to try it for myself. Unfortunately, a lot of the negative reviews are correct. The look of the carry on is nice. I love the color and design and the inside is spacious but that’s about as far as it goes for me. I purchased this just over a month ago and it has been sitting in a corner since then. Yesterday I decided to start packing for a trip that is a little over a week away. Everything seemed fine and I was thrilled with this little bag. I did notice that it was catching when I tried to roll it but I told myself it was something I could work around. The handle that extends is also very loose and feels extremely cheap when extended. At one point I picked the bag up and started to turn it and realized the plastic piece that covers the zipper seam on the side that holds the bag together had a gaping hole. After inspecting I found that the plastic piece was unstitched about half way down the bag leaving it unusable. There is a fabric piece inside the bag that hides the seam when it’s open so I wasn’t able to see it while packing it. I am so thankful I noticed this before I got out of the house with it! Amazon has offered a replacement since it is outside of the return window but this particular bag is currently “out of stock”. When I asked multiple times if that would delay shipping or if they could give me an eta, the questions were avoided and the conversation was cut off. So as much as I appreciate the replacement, I am now left needing another carry on within a week which means more money out of my pocket. I am beyond frustrated. It looks like some people have had a lot of luck with these luggage pieces but be aware if you decide to purchase… the reviews are true. Be prepared just in case.

Can’t say anything bad about it, as it is precisely as described and has so many interior pockets and zippers to keep your carry-on belongings safe. If you’re bringing a lot of personal care items, there is room for them. I love that there is a zippered half where you can pack a pair of shoes and slippers so that it doesn’t touch your clothes. The telescoping handle is also significantly bigger than other luggage brands, which is amazing so you don’t have to exert as much effort while rolling through the airport!

I absolutely love my set and cannot wait to use them for my vacation. The organizers inside make it easy to pack sensibly. Definitely worth the $$

The first trip out with this suitcase (fully loaded, cause that’s how I roll)… just maneuvering through the airport it suddenly fell forward & caused me to fall with it! It did it again outside the airport & wound up scratched on the front. When we got to our resort the bellhop at the hotel had it happen to him as well. I don’t know if the wheels are placed wrong causing the weight distribution to be uneven when it is packed full? Regardless, the suitcase was useless to me after this trip (because who wants to fall on their face while on vacation) & so I returned it.
