Purchased this 18” Hello Kitty bike for my daughter as she outgrew her previous one and still needs training wheels a bit longer before she can learn to balance enough to ride on her own. We received the bike very quickly but upon building found that the front fork and wheel were severely bent and could not fit front wheel on. Also training wheels were quite off balance. Reached out to seller and they were eager to assist and send out replacement parts to allow our daughter to enjoy her new bike for Spring Break. The seller addressed and resolved the issue promptly and my daughter is ecstatic about her adorable new bike and can now ride it safely without any issues. Great bike. Great seller with stellar customer service!

Nice but defective
Bought for my 6yo. Looking cool from the the look and my 6yo love the hello kitty character bike. But, after fully assembly, i realized the crank stuck at certain angle and require quite some strength to overcome the stuck. My 6yo has definitely no strength to do that. To my surprise, later i read on others reviews, i learnt that other also has the same problem. In all, quite disapppinted the manufacturer didnt even check the functionality of the parts. What a shame.

Nice bike for a girl. A bit heavy and I personally do not like the brake handles (not for my girl) but overall a great price/quality ratio.
