Got this for a client I work for but ended up keeping it after he changed his mind. It’s been very useful to the whole family. So I’m glad I decided to keep it. It came promptly and well packaged. It had damage marks on the bike. Which had me concerned. Not happy. But it was only a few marks in one area. No other damage anywhere else. The assembly was mostly easy, the instruction is ok. Could be better. The images was very small and difficult to see what order the bits goes. I managed fine, I do have good eye sight, others may struggle. So the instructions can be better. Most of the assembly was very easy except for the seat. It wouldn’t slot in without taking the bolt off completely.Something minor, when taking the plastic sheet off the “SPORTS” sign, the letters would peel off. If want to keep the sign, take the plastic off slowly. The bike is very well built and feels mostly sturdy. The seats adjust up and down, and can be moved back and forward. Also the handle bar can be adjusted up and down. These adjust for best comfort. The handle bar does wobble ever so slightly. Even after tightening it into position. Not a great deal. I love the fact it has a toe clip pedal. This is particularly useful if you intend on doing intense fast cycling exercise. Gives you better control, prevent your feet slipping and easier to stop the pedals. Otherwise the pedals will continue to spin and can hit the back of your leg. The pedals are metal and should only be used with suitable footwear.The computer is basic, reads time, distance, speed, calories and heart beat. It stops when you stop. Which is great to get more accurate reading. You may have to take a toilet break or answer the door or get a drink. Restart workout and the computer continues recording the data. No water bottle holder or a place to install one. Shame, there is space why not have one? Hopefully the manufacturer adds this to new product. The resistance can be adjusted. The resistance range is wide. So you sure to find the resistance you need.

I did a fair bit of research and kept seeing people suggest heavy fly wheels for a good workout and alike. For someone like me who just wants to do some cardio at home with ease this bike has been excellent. It's easy to assemble, good quality and sturdy for the money. Ive been using it every day, I sweat, I get tired quickly, I get frustrated it's harder than I though it would be and I have to push myself to go further.The display is basic but functional, I personal use the indoor bike setting on my watch to track the metrics I want to and don't use the display on the bike.riding wise I would say this is best suited to a sit down style, just ride and work the resistance as you prefer as part of your workout. The resistance is easy to use and works fine.Overall I would recommend this to anyone who is on a budget, wants a good quality cardio machine to use and isn't expecting a pro experience for under £150.TLDR - It's good quality for the money. I'd buy/recommend it again.

Not at all what i expected from an amazon seller, i suppose the delay in the delivery should of got alarm bells ringing, the fact when it arrived with all the chinese export stamps on the box was a giveaway. Might be a uk seller, might be recommended by amazon but the build quality is a lot to be desired. It took about 2 hours to assemble once i found a magnifying glass to enlarge the universal picture assembly instructions, i also cut my hand several times on the flimsy multi spanner. Once assembled it looked like the pictures a sturdy exercise bike that would belong in a gym, but upon close inspection in the sunlight the realization set it that this was a poorly made copy of a spin fitness bike, plastic cracks, misplaced pedals and aligned wrong, even the "weld" was glued on you cannot get the kind of welds on these peices from a machine doing it this is glue made to look like a weld, the stickers were happy to be peeled off when you try to remove the shipping plastic, the polyestrene was happy to disintegrate into little balls as you attempt to remove the unknown parts of the bike from the packaging, quite fun cleaning that mess up. Eventually i was able to mount the bike, immediately my posterior started to complain, the saddle was for someone not an adult in size and not meant for a heavy person, maybe 130lbs instead in weight, but not someone of my 200+ lb weight it certainly hurt quite a bit, the pedals themselves if you slip at any time will cut into your leg leaving you with a cut, the handle bars are not safe and if you slip off the bike you will end up with a broken wrist or something like it, the padding there just doesnt do the job, The tension knob which is supposed to increase tension in the bike will not tighten due to the "emergency shutdown" spring engaging. My advice if you have read this review before purchase is to move on to the next exercise bike as you will be left feeling like someone ran off with your wallet or purse.

Bike was easy to assemble. Unfortunately used for 25mins and a strong smell of burning plastic occluded and the bike became very noisy and eventually unable to turn the pedals. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful in finding out the issue which was that the shaft for the pedals had moved and caused the pulley the belt runs on to start running against the casing. They informed me this was a quality testing failure and gave me an option to have a new bike or a full refund. I opted for a full refund as my confidence in the bike had gone but the customer service was EXCELLENT and I can't fault them atall for there helpfulness and response to the issues.

Should have been easy to assemble,Came with a broken plastic gasket that made putting the handlebar support very hard.Rest looks ok.After a few days of usage the bike is fine and the gasket is stable and jammed in there. But it does not affect the bike functionality.
