Definitely expired product. I was running low and bought from amazon. I made sure it was sold from Tula but shipped through Amazon. (I compared it to the product I already owned that I had bought directly from the Tula website) The toner absorbed directly into the cotton round. Are you freaking kidding me! Thank god I had something to compare it to bc my nice, unexpired Tula product sat nice up on the cotton round. Was not runny, nor did it have a million air bubbles running through it. Not to mention the new product I got from amazon also had an older number stamped on the bottom than the product I bought from Tula months and months ago. Obviously it’s old because it’s was extremely runny and absorbed instantly into the face pad. How the hell am I supposed to clean my face with it if the product is already completely absorbed into the pad??!!! I’m a licensed esthetician and to say I’m pissed is an understatement. Exactly why I never order products from amazon. Always order straight from the source!

If you don’t know about this product... you should! I switched from using an all organic company to Tula due to the better ratings and ingredients. I was worried about switching and wasn’t sure what it would do to my skin. I am so happy I made the change! My skin is radiant, clear, and others notice the difference too! I love this product! I use it morning and night, everyday. It is super lightweight and feels like nothing is on my skin (that matters a lot to me). I have sensitive skin and there was no reaction at all. This is a must have!

I'm fairly neutral about this product, It is good once you get it on your face but its very difficult to dispense to the cotton ball/square but it doesn't absorb into the cotton so I then, have to try and get it to my face before it runs off of the cotton and onto the sink/dresser top, its then wasted? SO, I'm not so sure I'll reorder this product?

So I love Tula, this isn’t a review about the product bc they are awesome. Whoever distributed the product messed up. When I got my bottle I noticed that the pump wouldn’t actually pump the product. Getting curious I checked the lid and noticed the tube that sucks the toner through the pump was missing. It wasn’t in the box or packaging. I deal with it, just empty some on a cotton ball and move on. But if I’m reviewing, it kinda sucks.

I bought this because I was trying to find a toner that was more moisturizing (but not oily) and that would be a bit firming. While it is moisturizing without the greasiness, I was not wowed by the firming quality. I also had some minor breakouts around my hairline that were not normal, but this can happen when switching products. I also think too much had to be used because it’s this weird gel consistency that takes a good four or five pumps to get full coverage. Not best value for the money.
