Exactly What I Needed!
I wanted to wait a while and see how these would hold up, and I was not disappointed! About two months into 5 days a week use in everything from mild winter drizzle to sideways torrential storm battering, and my lower half has been toasty warm and most importantly DRY. These pants aren't insulated, so I usually have fleece pj pants or a thermal beneath and stay comfortably warm in wet 30 to 50 degree F weather (too warm on the upper spectrum even).I'm walking/kneeling/moving most of the work day and do a lot of pressure washing, and the pants haven't split or frayed at this point. I'm a travelift operator at a boat yard so the hi-vis wasn't necessary but it's been a bonus with the dark winter weather (occasionally we go out on public roadways and I've noticed a difference in being able to catch the attention of drivers vs my old darker gear). I have yet to put it through the wash so it's gotten pretty caked in gravel dust/bottom paint chunks/boat yard grime but they're still easy to spot. The pockets are great, I keep my multitool in one hand pocket, my wallet in the other, and my I phone in the leg pocket with various items. I don't feel like I'm putting strain on any of the items and everything stays dry through rain/pressure washing. Plus with zippers on hand pockets means no items escaping to the ocean while working on the dock. The only time I've noticed any sign of water getting through is when I sit in standing water (forklift left in the rain with puddle in the seat, for instance) and even then it's a vague feeling of dampness. If I just wipe whatever surface with the side of my glove to get excess water off it's no issue. It's worth noting I wear knee high muck boots, so I don't have to worry about moisture wicking up from the hem of under-layer pants. All in all very satisfied, even if they just last this season it's worth the purchase, but with as sturdy as they seem I'm hoping to get a couple years out of them. There are a lot of more expensive foul weather gear brands I considered, but at the time these fit my budget and I thought they would do for the time being. Blew me away, and they're no longer temporary. The price is beyond reasonable, especially when you look at what they charge for items that are advertised for the same purpose (I've had REI "weatherproof" pants fall apart on me after a month of work, another big brand leak right away, both easily $100+ pairs -.-')Oh! And if it helps I'm female, 6' and 210 lbs and the large fits comfortably, if a little loose at the waist. I just cinched up the elastic belt and wear them as high waist pants and it keeps them from sliding down my butt, which has been an issue with other men's pants

Grundens... exactly as expected.... nuff said
I work offshore in a really rough environment. I chew through offshore clothes working on barges and crew boats day in and day out. There IS only one name in foul weather gear that marine professionals rely on.... and that name is Grundens. This set of rain pants fits perfectly over my work clothes.... the length is right and the waist has a heavy flexible belt. The ankles zip open far enough to leave my work boots on with no problem.... and are sealed at the very bottom with a Velcro strap. This particular line of Grundens can be considered "midweight" not nearly as heavy as their rubberized Herkules line.... but heavier than their light line of foul weather gear. Perfect for my need working on barges.... probably not heavy enough for commercial fishermen.... who's standard is Herkules. Outdoor Equipped is a fantastic seller.... run by a Veteran who has EARNED my business.... and will continue to get my business in the future. Spot on sizing, product description, and shipping. Saved my butt with a shipment received earlier than expected for my 6 mile open-top crew boat ride in snotty New Hampshire weather. Thanks Outdoor Equipped and keep it up!!!!

Nice
I use them as rain pants and wind beaker, and they don’t sweat much like other rain pants.

FINALLY - Heavy Work Duty Rain Pants!
YES! FINALLY!I work on a railroad outdoors in the elements hopping on and off dirty / heavy / moving equipment with little to no shelter from Mother Nature’s fury. My line of work requires rain gear in the wet season months that keeps my legs, ankles and tops of work boots dry. For years I have bought and been disappointed at the low quality rain gear pants I have bought for use at work.Imagine years of tearing, ripping and even embarrassingly splitting my pants right at the crotch/you-know-what-crack seam. FINALLY, a pair that holds up to the work environment stress and keeps my legs dry!

Great
6'1 height 32 inch waist, ordered medium and height was just right after adjusting but I did need a fair bit of belt tightening while wearing fairly thin shorts/boxers underneath. I think they are sized just right to make them versatile enough to wear with heavy undergarments for winter and light for warmer weather. Zippered pockets are great, easy to use, and are positioned which makes using them feel natural. Waterproofing is topnotch, they keep me dry while getting hit with water blow-back from 4500psi pressure washer all day. Wore them all day working, kneeling, bending in sunny 90+ degree heat with shorts underneath and there was only a minimal difference noticed as far heat retention, increased perspiration and restriction of movement. Exactly what I was looking for to work in, I find 'bib' type pants to make me get way too hot. Ordered matching raincoat for when weather is cooler and winter work. Price was worth it

These pants have a very nice design with plenty of big pockets that have metal snaps ensuring a safe storage of items. The Velcro attached to the bottom of the legs allow for a very secure closure around your ankles. The first time I wore these the temperature was near 70° and I was concerned that the heavy material would cause condensation to develop on the inside of the pants. to my surprise the pants have an excellent wicking ability and I never experienced one drop of moisture on the inside. Also wore them in a reasonably heavy rainstorm for about 45 minutes and was completely dry the entire time. All of the materials used to make these pants seem to be above average quality and this includes the belt that comes with it, the snaps, and the wicking material inside the pants. While the pants seemed to be made from heavy duty material I found them to be lite, flexed easily regardless of the position that I was in, and durable enough to endure the heaviest use.it is my impression that I can wear these pants in cold weather with a pair of sweats underneath or I can wear them in very warm temperatures without any fear of producing moisture inside the pants. Best pair of waterproof pants for any use that I have ever owned.
