This stuff is outstanding. Basically a replacement for fresh orange zest. This oil tastes so fresh and natural, it's like a ray of sunshine in your mouth. Improves nearly everything you put it in. I've used it in vegan shakes, salad dressings, baked goods, vegan Szechuan style stir fry, vegan ice cream sundaes, cocktails, you name it. So versatile. I use it at least once a week.It's so incredibly potent, you just need a couple of drops. For a smoothie, 2 drops is great, 3 is too much. It's that strong. In fact, I actually suggest getting a glass Boston round bottles with tapered droppers, to be able to easily control this glorious essence by the drop. They sell those quite cheap on Amazon or ebay; I got a couple in cobalt blue, because the color blocks the light which normally makes oils spoil faster (that's why good olive oil is sold in dark glass bottles or metal tins). I also keep the bottles in the fridge. Since a little goes so far, I've had this tiny bottle for over a year and I'm not even halfway done with it. People who cook or bake a lot will use it up faster. This stuff is one of my favorite food purchase ever. I can't get enough.Highly recommended!

Orange. Very strong, clean orange flavor. No more zesting peels unless you just want to, just use a few drops of this. Use a few drops with some citric acid to add some tang, plus sugar, and it's a good substitute for fresh orange juice in a recipe.

I've looked for something like this for years, I bought this as a gift. I use a toothpick to dip in the oil then stir in my water, yum. A little goes a long way.

Big flavour. A little goes a long way! A bit expensive however so I'll be trying other brands.

Use this for giving my manhattan and old fashioned cocktails that fresh spritz of orange. Just as good, and a lot less messy then cutting and expressing orange peels!

This is wonderful. No more grating orange rinds. Use sparingly when using in place of orange rind. I made orange date nut pound cake using it and my friends raved about it.
